[FEAT] Option for swipe gestures to work on background

Problem
Sometimes when swiping you'll get images/videos that are vertically short which makes you have to be more precise with swiping since gestures currently only work when sliding across the image itself. This can be a bit of a nuisance because you have to focus more on where you're swiping.

Solution
Add an option for the swipe zone to include the background (Not including the folder bar).
