Collect all GPO scripts and store them in the ScriptLibrary repo

Currently these scripts are either only stored in the GPOs themselves, or as a best-effort approach when we create them, to have them added to this repo. Ideally all scripts are stored primarily in GitHub, for easy archival/review.
